On the wedding day, up to 14 hours of presence, from the preparations to the end of the party, but no later than 3 a.m.
Over the day I take at least 2,000 photographs. I make the selection myself — choosing and editing are inseparable from my work — and the final set is at least 700 edited images.
I deliver the photographs in an online gallery, from which they can be downloaded at full resolution. I do not hand over the raw, unedited files: the photograph I stand behind is the finished one.
About 3 days after the wedding I send a preview of 100–150 photographs, which you are free to use. The complete set follows within 45 days of the wedding.
There is no list price: I quote individually for every wedding, because the length of the day, the number of venues and the schedule differ every time. Write to me through the contact form and I will send a quote once I know the details.
The quote covers the photography fee. Travel is charged on top: 1.2 lei/km, counted there and back from the studio in Odorheiu Secuiesc. It appears as a separate line in the quote, so you see the final figure in advance.
I do not raise the price in an accepted quote unilaterally.
I treat your date as firmly booked once the contract is signed and a 500 lei deposit is paid. The deposit counts towards the final amount.
I invoice the balance within a few days after the wedding.
I take on a limited number of weddings each year and do not photograph on consecutive days — that way every couple gets my full attention.
With distance contracts a consumer normally has a 14-day right of withdrawal. Wedding photography is an exception: under Art. 16(l) of OUG 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services for which the contract provides a specific date of performance.
The reason is simple: once your date is booked, I cannot take another couple for it.
That does not mean there is no room to move. If something comes up — on either side — get in touch: postponement, substitution and ending the contract by agreement are all covered in the contract.
Copyright stays with me. You receive the right to use the images for personal purposes, with no limit in time or territory: print them, share them, upload them wherever you like.
If a photograph is needed for a commercial purpose — in an advertisement for the venue, the dress shop or another supplier, say — tell me beforehand and we will agree on it separately.
I use the photographs in my portfolio, on my social media pages and in promotional material. You agree to this separately when signing the contract, and you may withdraw it at any time — the specifics are in the privacy notice.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), or start an alternative dispute resolution procedure through the SAL link at the foot of the page.
